Helvetica Font Type Poster, Matte or Giclee art Prints.

'Helvetica, Helvetica, Helvetica'

You were my first love as a young graphic designer, an intern in a large creative agency where I unsure of everything, except one thing- Helvetica!

Call me a coward, scared or boring when I default to my safe place called 'Helvetica'.

A lot of graphic designers today will often admit an intense dislike of Helvetica, but that's a debate for another time.

My short affair with Futura ended too soon, although I still love Akzidenz Grotesk (the grand father of Helvetica), and the font that kickstarted the neo-grotesque movement.

Love it or hate, Helvetica is one of those timeless classics. Created by Max Miedinger in 1957, as Neue Haas Grotesk was renamed Helvetica in 1960.

Marketed as a symbol of cutting-edge Swiss technology, it achieved immediate global success.
